When you sign up for PropertyBite beta access, we collect your name, email address, professional role, and estimated monthly report volume. When you use the PropertyBite report service, we collect the property addresses you submit for analysis.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you beta access confirmation and onboarding communications
• To generate AI-powered feasibility reports for properties you submit
• To improve our analysis models and report quality
• To communicate product updates, new features, and pricing changes

3. Data Storage

Beta waitlist data is stored in Google Sheets and Firebase Firestore, both hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Report data is stored in Google Cloud Storage and Firestore. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

PropertyBite uses the following third-party services to deliver reports: ATTOM Data Solutions, LightBox, RentCast, and county GIS endpoints for property data; Google Vertex AI (Gemini) and Anthropic Claude for AI analysis; Stripe for payment processing (when billing is active).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers. Property addresses you submit are used solely to generate your report and may be processed by the AI services listed above.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@propertybite.com. We will respond within 30 days.
