Reports generated by PropertyBite are analytical tools to assist in your research. They are not:

PropertyBite sources data from third-party providers including ATTOM, LightBox, RentCast, and county GIS systems. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data in our reports. Property data can change rapidly and should be independently verified.
Reports are priced at $199 per report during the beta period. Due to the nature of AI-generated analysis, reports are non-refundable once generated. If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will regenerate it at no charge.
You may not use PropertyBite to: resell or redistribute reports without permission; reverse engineer our analysis methodology; submit false property information; or use reports for any unlawful purpose.
PropertyBite's liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or speculative damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
